What I collect
When you submit a form on this site, I receive the information you type — such as your name, phone, email, timeline and message — and, on the affordability calculator, the estimate you chose to send. The calculator itself runs in your browser; nothing is sent unless you submit the form. No credit is pulled.
How it's used
To respond to you about buying, selling or relocating, and to send you information you asked for. I don't sell your information. By submitting a form you agree that I may contact you by phone, text or email; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking me to stop.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These services may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Hosting and forms
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on my behalf.
